• Prior to machine delivery, we invite clients to our factory to inspect the machine. Only qualified machines will be delivered.
• Once the machine has been delivered to the client’s factory, we will dispatch professional engineers for onsite installation and commissioning. We work extremely hard to ensure your machine will be delivered and installed in a timely manner so that you can begin regular production.

We provide a three-year manufacturer's warranty for our machines.

• During the warranty period, we will repair or replace the parts found to be defective free of charge. This warranty does not cover damage that arises from negligence, misuse, or by disassembling the equipment without our permission. The warranty also does not cover quick-wear parts and consumables.
• Outside the warranty period, we will provide paid maintenance services at an affordable rate.
• We have adequate spare parts in our warehouse. If you need them, please contact us directly, we will deliver them to you as soon as possible.

• When you come to our factory for equipment inspection, we will give your personnel operational training and ensure that they master the operation of the whole machine.
• Each set of equipment has detailed operating instructions. If you have any question about the equipment and the operation, please contact us immediately and we can use remote instruction to help you.

We provide lifetime technical support services for our clients. Through regular return visits, we will keep track of the use of our machine and help you solve all problems so as to ensure your regular production.

After receiving your inquiry or repairs, we will reply within 8 hours in normal situations (due to the time difference of different regions). We will do our best to help you realize reliable, continuous, and highly efficient production.
